About Us
The Moana apartments consist of five buildings (highlighted by the 9-story Hi-rise at 825 Dahlia) offering a variety of building styles and floor plans.
We are proud to offer our residents a safe, well maintained property with lots of amenities; friendly staff; and bright and airy living spaces.
We are nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently located within walking distance of Rose Medical Center and the Veteran's Administration Hospital. Downtown, Cherry Creek shopping, theaters and stadiums are 10 to 15 minutes away. City Park, the Museum of Nature and Science and the Denver Zoo are only minutes away. There are also some great restaurants and a city park just blocks away.

Our properties are located at 825 and 805 Dahlia Street as well as 820, 880, and 890 Dexter Street.
We offer spacious studios with full kitchens, one and two bedroom apartments with spacious living rooms. All apartments in the high-rise have large, private balconies perfect for dining al fresco.

Come enjoy our beautiful heated pool surrounded by a fenced courtyard. This is a great area for lounging around on a hot day.
Moana is very pet friendly! All Denver legal pets are welcome. There is a $200 pet fee (non-refundable) plus only $10 monthly pet rent per pet. Pets must be well mannered. No size restrictions. There are quiet neighborhoods and parks nearby to walk your dogs.

Since your safety is of great concern to us, a $30 application fee (non-refundable) per person is required for the credit and criminal background checks. A credit score of 550+ is preferred and applicants with previous evictions, felonies or violent misdemeanors are not acceptable.
All application fees and deposits must be paid in the form of money order or cashier’s check.
Lease Options: 6, 9, or 12 months (Leases less than 12 months are subject to a premium).
